Home, or Business Pickups for Heathrow

We will notify you when your driver is en route and provide you with a live tracking link. Please be ready outside your pickup location when they arrive. Your booking includes a 10-minute waiting period, after which a £0.50 per minute charge applies, payable directly to the driver before departure.

  • Meet & Greet: A 30-minute grace period is included. If you’re delayed beyond this, we can rebook your transfer for a £15 fee. Additional waiting time is available at £0.50 per minute.
  • Updates: We will keep you informed via email and SMS, providing driver details and a live tracking link.
  • Partners: During busy periods, we may collaborate with trusted partners. Rest assured, we will notify you if this affects your booking.

Child Safety for Heathrow Airport Transfers
We prioritize your child’s safety during your Heathrow transfer. Please note
  • You’re welcome to provide and fit your own child seat.
  • Our drivers cannot provide or fit child seats due to TfL regulations.
  • UK law exempts Private Hire Vehicles from mandatory child car seat use.

Age-specific guidelines:

  • Children aged 0-3: May sit on an adult’s lap in rear seats. No child car seat or seat belt required. May be excluded from the total passenger count.
  • Children aged 4-13: Must use a seat belt in rear seats. No child car seat required under UK law.

Our drivers are responsible for ensuring:

Cancellation Policy for Heathrow Airport Transfers
 
We understand plans can change, so we offer flexibility with your Heathrow transfer booking. You’re welcome to amend your reservation up to 4 hours before your scheduled pickup at no extra cost. While we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, we can’t guarantee alterations within this 4-hour window.
 
For cancellations made at least 4 hours before your scheduled pickup, we offer a full refund. However, cancellations closer to the departure time may incur a fee. This fee varies based on several factors:
